Planned Maintenance Agreements to Suit Your Needs
Each of our maintenance programs offer over 15 vitally important measurements and inspections which can be tailored to meet individual site or customer requirements. Cantec Systems performs all maintenance procedures recommended per IEEE standard 450. This includes all voltage, resistance, specific gravity, current and temperature measurements, a complete visual inspection, and a professional report summarizing the results. Cantec Systems will also work with you on any recommended course of action that may be necessary to insure proper operation of your investment.
Cantec Systems Service Planned Maintenance Program
Cantec Systems can perform a complete Planned Maintenance Program that follows IEEE standard 450 recommendations, or customize the program to meet your needs. Cantec Systems offers two levels of Planned Maintenance:
- Basic Care: Cantec Systems will perform all quarterly and annual maintenance as required by IEEE standard 450. All monthly measurements and inspections are the customer's responsibility.
- Total Care: Cantec Systems will handle the total maintenance package, performing all monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance procedures following IEEE standard 450.
- Custom Care: Cantec Systems will work with you to come up with a maintenance program specific to your unique needs.
- Safety & Spill Containment: Cantec Systems offers the only patented, UL-listed, NEBS-approved spill containment system on the market. This system uses durable designs built from quality materials and a proprietary non-gassing pillow system to quickly absorb and neutralize electrolyte in a manner that allows proper disposal.
- Load Testing: Cantec Systems offers a full range of load testing options to accurately determine the state of health of any battery system We utilize forced air DC load banks to determine the exact capacity of any system. Our load testing procedures are based on the IEEE 450 and practices recommended by major battery manufacturers.
